Terje Petrus Bratlie - Tenor

Terje Petrus Bratlie was one of the 32 talented singers selected by Tore Aas, founder of the Oslo Gospel Choir (OGC), back at the ensemble’s beginning in 1988. Terje’s vocal abilities and musical passion helped him stand out among the 300 people who auditioned during that fateful time, and he’s never looked back.

“Singing has become an important part of my life,” says Terje. Extremely active in church activities, Terje performs in several choirs, in addition to playing the piano. He gives special emphasis to his work with the OGC, exclaiming, “Sharing hope and joy while singing gospel music adds such meaning to life!”

Other important areas of Terje’s life include his daily work as CEO of an accounting company and his family. Between his performances with the OGC, his work, four daughters and a flat coated retriever named Vito, Terje has a lot on his plate. He gives credit to his wife, who he describes as “wonderful and patient” for her perfect organization and invaluable help in making everything possible.
